A Provider Initiates a Connection
However, this patient email already exists in the system.
Providers now receive a message and button to connect with these patients.
A Connection Email is Sent
The Provider will receive a message onscreen that an email has been sent to the Existing Patient.
The patient now has the opportunity to accept the invitation and create a connection.
The Patient Clicks on the Email Link
They are redirected to a page that verifies the Provider's invite, the Patient's token, and more.
If all is correct, the final screen is rendered.
Provider and Patient are Connected
Once a patient confirms, a connection is created in the database, and the Provider has access to the Existing Patient's information.
